Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Solution-focused therapy is an evidence based brief treatment focusing on building solutions by exploring your current resources.
This form of counseling is helpful for variety of issues including anxiety, burn-out symptoms, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues and coping with changes in life.
Due to the nature of the solution-focused and action-oriented approach, you are able to make progression towards the desired outcome in 5-8 sessions. During the therapy sessions the focus lies on what you want and what your strengths are. The sessions further focus on exploring how your life will be once your concerns are resolved.
